Stack Lab

The stacks, laid out.

What each stack is built for, and what's actually in it. The doses, the reconstitution maths and the week-by-week schedule sit behind a sign-in. Not because they're secret, but because a number without its context is how people get hurt.

Start here

What a stack is, and why you might not want one

A stack is several compounds run together over a set number of weeks, each doing a different job. The Muscle Stack pairs a growth-hormone secretagogue with a repair blend, on the reasoning that recovery should keep pace with the training load. That is the idea, anyway. Here is the other half.

You won't know what did what

Five compounds, one outcome. If you feel better, you can't tell which one earned it. If something goes sideways, you have the same problem in reverse. One compound at a time is slower and far more informative, which is an annoying thing to be true.

Nobody has trialled the combinations

Every study cited across this site tested one compound on its own. Stacking is an extrapolation stacked on top of the extrapolation that any of it transfers to you in the first place.

Some of these are thin on their own

SS-31 went into a properly powered phase 3 trial and missed both of its primary endpoints PMID 37268435. DSIP, the peptide named for delta sleep, left slow-wave sleep unchanged in the trial built to detect exactly that PMID 3583493. Adding a compound with no human data to one that has some does not improve the first one.

The practical load is real

More vials, more reconstitution, more storage, more things to get wrong before coffee. Cost scales with every compound you add, and so does the number of steps where a mistake is possible.

And the flat no, which is not a “start slow” situation: pregnancy, nursing, active cancer, or anything that interacts with medication you already take.

If you're curious rather than committed, one compound and a notebook will teach you more than any stack on this page.
